Dragon - generating databases

I have this question. Why it is not possible to generate databases in the Dragon program. I have used different versions of Dragon. My hardware is
processor - AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X 3.4GHz
hard drive - Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 SSD 2 TB
memory ram - Kingston HyperX Fury 128 GB DDR4 2400MHz CL15
operating system - Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 64 bit PL
