Rapid or blitz

I have a question. Please write if the game for 15 minutes will be rapid or blitz. Thank you in advance for all information.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fast_chess. In chess, 15 minutes per player is rapid. I'm not aware of any different definitions for draughts.

I now see that the FMJD does have definitions for these terms, and game time 15 min per player is included in both categories. http://www.fmjd.org/?p=annex. I think you can use either one.
