Re: Kingsrow International + endgame databases is available
Jan-Jaap, you are right so far there is not a TurboDambase DXP Server...Hi Krzychumag,
Turbo Dambase uses the Flits draughts engine. The only difference between Flits in Turbo Dambase and regular Flits (as a separate program) is probably the use of the Turbo Dambase games database for the opening book moves by the former. I do not know how to use the regular Flits opening book. It is not possible to play automated matches against Turbo Dambase Flits, but with regular Flits you can.
So the answer to your question is yes: Turbo Dambase draughts program = Flits, and you can check out the games Kingsrow played against Flits.

But, ... to my knowledge a full-working Turbo Dambase is available on the website of Klaas Bor (and to be honest I really like the program).
Although the test version is not equipped with a huge Game DB, it contains the normal Flits (i guess at least so), however with limited endgame DB's.
I'm also not sure if this test version has some sort of time limitation.
Anyway for Engine Developers, or whatever, it could be interesting to play the traditional DXP_matches...
I'm sure a TurboDambase DXP-Server is not impossible, i would imagine harder then the Flits DXP-version but easier compared with the Truus DXP-server implementation.
The only reason it does not exist, Ed and myself did not start (yet)

I apologise to Bert am asking. And you can write such program so that he plays with the program Turbo Dambase played with other programs for the example - Damage,Kingsrow,Damy,Maximus. I unfortunately am not having the foggiest idea about the programming.
Re: Kingsrow International + endgame databases is available
Does anyone know where the Kingsrow homepage is nowadays? The URL that I have (http://edgilbert.org/InternationalDraug ... tional.htm) results in a 404 file not found error.

Re: Kingsrow International + endgame databases is available
The checkers/draughts home page has always been here: http://edgilbert.org/Checkers/KingsRow.htm, but I have removed the page for selling the 10x10 draughts version. I've been doing some work on the 8x8 versions, and when I finish I plan to make the 10x10 version freely available.
