Very easy !
Just send results. Of course it should be INTERNATIONAL tournament and results should be shown in correct form: full names & surnames of players, nationality, FMJD-ID and full table with basic info about tournament, time control, main referee (details in FMJD by lows).

About 2004/2005 Normandy Championship : there wasn't an official referee unfortunately. So perhaps this competition shouldn't be considered as an official tournament according to FMJD rules.

Am I right, JACEK ?
