For the fourth time there will be the Mind Sports Olympiad (international game festival) in Prague. It will take place on October 2-10 in Tyrsuv dum (Praha 1 - Mala Strana, Ujezd 40).
Again, you can look forward to:
a .. Ludotheque - free gaming room: For all the time of the festival, whole day FOR FREE you can learn and play over 200 board games, very old ones as well as brand new ones!

Over 50 tournaments, beginners' as well as championships in various games (Abalone, Backgammon, Bohnanza, Carcassonne, Clans, Decamentatlon, Diplomacy, Draughts, Dvonn, Entropy, Fight of Fours, Gipf, Go, Chess, Lines of Action, Ludotheque, Metro, Multigame Tournament, Othello, Oware, Pentamind, Piráti - new game, Proroctvà(Prophecy), Scrabble (Czech, English), Settlers of Catan, Shogi, Tic-Tac-Toe and Renju, Trans America, Twixt, Yinsh, Zatre, Zèrtz).
Anyone will find something of interest, no matter if amateur or regular player.

The good time to register for tournaments is right now. If you register before September 20th, you qualify for a reduced entry fee (up to 20% off!). Some tournaments approach their capacity limits.
