Wiersma has changed board?

I found in internet the follow message from Wiarsma -

I shall also there to defend position of traditional Russian Draughts federation. So I have even intentions to join the 64-squaire because it is the basic game in our interest. So that's my opinion. Even in my plan is to be participant in the coming 64-worldchampionship in Brazil (Brazilian rules). Also it should be interesting to play in the worldchampionship 64 (Russian variant). It is not correct that FMJD take strange decisions and write letters to ministries of other countries. They must promote the game and not kill the game!! I didn't understand well, is it an attemp to "play in draights politics game" or Mr. Wiersma really wants to change board ?
I hope he wants play in Brazil It's nice idea.

Will he play in World Championship in Brasil, next September?
