Actually the only I heard that "Dutch" Africans Samb and Ndjofang did succeed to get travel documents to go to the championship.

Les Ivoiriens ne sont pas encore sur place ÃƒÂ cause des problèmes dans le pays.
Players from Ivory-Coast couldn't be in DAKAR at time because of Political and Military problems in this country.
