After small reflection I have quite other proposition. And may be it help for me for future.
Probably most of player don't know that aproximetly 90% tournaments in rating system are "illigal" there. Nobody carry about FMJD rules haw to include tournament into rating system. keeping seriously our rules - we kill all our rating. therefore I search in internet (with support by some other persons) for tournaments which logically to be included. sometimes if there is some not clear answer - I try to contact referee/federation or just organisator.
By this way for example we have in rating Dutch club competition, so why not French ? Of course players should now about it BEFORE. But it will be possible only when we start to keep our rating reglaments.
From last year I try to include into our rating system:
+ all world & continental championship (seniors, women, youth, clubs,...)
+ all international torunaments
+ all national championship finals & semifinals
+ all national club competition
